2. GDPR Privacy & Data Processing Policy
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation - GDPR), CrestoriaLabs ensures that personal data provided through node provisioning, smart contract submitter endpoints, or support contact channels is processed transparently and securely.
- Data Collected: Email address, network IP, billing metadata via Stripe Gateway, public wallet/node key addresses.
- Purpose of Processing: Deployment of validator instances, SLA monitoring, zero-knowledge circuit acceleration verification, and direct transaction invoicing.
- Data Retention: Infrastructure logs are truncated after 30 rolling operational days. Transactional data is stored per Spanish tax and commercial requirements.
- User Rights: You retain the right to request access, rectification, or erasure of personal data by contacting [email protected].
3. Terms of Service & Smart Contract Disclaimers
CrestoriaLabs provides bare-metal hardware and decentralized applications software engineering. While we audit smart contracts using state-of-the-art formal verification models, blockchain protocols carry inherent cryptographical and execution risks.
We do not exercise operational custody over client funds, private keys, or staked validator assets. Client entities are solely responsible for managing their private keys, seed phrases, and operational access controls.
4. Refund & Slashing Reimbursement Policy
Due to the immediate allocation of dedicated GPU, FPGA, and bare-metal server resources upon order confirmation, subscription fees and instance rentals are non-refundable once compute execution has commenced.
Validator uptime SLA commitments guaranteed by CrestoriaLabs include zero-slashing fault mitigation hardware. In the event of documented hardware fault leading to network slashing, reimbursement claims are evaluated on a case-by-case basis per the SLA protocol specification.
5. Cookie & Storage Policy
CrestoriaLabs utilizes local storage markers and strictly necessary operational cookies to preserve node session state and interface parameters across decentralized compute instances. We do not sell tracking profiles to third-party ad networks.
